I've just finished spending about 4 hours working on a demo for my client using your DotNetCharting tool. To say that I'm impressed would be a gross understatement. Amazed. Blown away. Stunned.
I've looked at several charting and graphing components and nothing comes even close to what you folks are offering for the money. The price is a pittance for what the component does.
Within 4 hours, I downloaded your component, played around with the sample code then developed a web page that pulls live data from my client's Oracle 8i server and lets them chart and analyze it to their heart's content.

The simple licensing model is much appreciated - i'm still trying to work out what we would have to pay if we purchased the [competitor] Charting software!
If you have any need for generating data-based charts and graphs - you really need to take a look at a site / product dotnetcharting.com. They have written a very cool tool which allows you to connect to a database, pull down data into a datagrid and then generate a chart or graph from about 30 different choices. Pricing is pretty reasonable, and taking a look at some of the available graphs - they make [competitors] etc. look like etch-a-sketch.

Most of the rest of the Charting programs were built with people using them in Design mode, NOT the runtime building that I have to have. I was NOT able to control through code their Charts and get them to do what I needed in a easy Manner. Yours work fantastic in the runtime environment that I use. Our department recently installed a demo version of dotnetcharting and we found the quality and the speed of rendering of the charts quite astounding.
You guys did a fantastic job with this component. I literally said "WOW" when I saw the first chart on my ASP.NET page because of the attention to detail, the glass effects. I was "WOW"ed once more when I realized that the Chart could automatically group my data by week, month, quarter, etc. I used to have to write all these charts separately. Two hours after downloading a trial, I now have sales, revenue and customer activity charts using live SQL data.
To be the best charting component, it must be low price and easy to use. dotnetCHARTS has both in an object design that actually pays attention to Microsoft .NET Design Guidelines. This deserves respect from me. I can see now why [competitor] and [competitor] are nervous.
I really appreciate the extra effort! I will not hesitate to recommend your products to my colleagues in the industry!

I take special care about responding to people, regardless of the medium of communication. If you text me, I'll text back right away. Email? Minutes. Voicemail...well I'm getting better at that. But when I know someone has contacted me for any reason, I respond quickly. Why?
Because people appreciate it.
Many times in the work environment, people know I'm the wrong person to contact organizationally, but choose to email anyway. They know I will at least respond quickly and tell them who the right person is for them to contact.
Not only do I feel accomplished knowing people hear from me quickly, but I also see it as an advantage. Imagine if you were applying for a job. The prospective employer leaves a message on your phone and one other competing applicant. First to call back will most likely be hired, given a similar skill level. Or say the Pastor emails the entire staff asking about a link to the website. First person to respond looks most on the ball.
But there must also be balance. I used to have sound / banner / badge notifications for every application on my phone. Every email, text and message would command my immediate attention. This can be rude in some situations, and distracting at home while trying to spend time with family.
Now, I'm very picky about what gets sound and lock screen notifications on my devices. I don't want to be slave to email, but I still want to give prompt replies on a regular basis. The VIP feature on iPhone is a big help, but just being conscious and aware of who's trying to get a hold of you will speak volumes.
And remember, even if you don't have the answer to a question yet, still reply with something. Let people know you saw their message and they will feel instantly valued.
When we’re sending emails, it’s easy to be too direct. This can upset the reader or cause offence. Saying “thank you” is a great way to make your email more polite and personal. What’s the best way to do it, though? Find out with our top ten ways to say “thank you” in an English email.
The first five of our ways to show your thanks work best at the beginning of the email. Thanking your reader is a wonderful way of opening an email. It sets the right tone and makes the reader feel appreciated, which is very important if you want them to help you again in the future.
If someone writes to enquire about your company’s services, begin your email with this sentence. Show your appreciation for their interest in working with your company. This is also a useful way to introduce the main topic of your email when used with the prepositions “about” or “regarding”. For example, “Thank you for contacting us regarding our current products and prices.”
When a client or colleague replies to a previous email in a short amount of time, let them know and thank them. If the reply wasn’t quick, simply removing “prompt” will work, or, you can opt for, “Thank you for getting back to me.”
If you have asked someone for information, and they took the time to send it to you, use this sentence to demonstrate that you value what they’ve done. Again, you can use “about” or “regarding” to refer to the specific information provided. For example, “Thank you for the information about your current pricing.”
If someone has gone out of their way to help you, thank them! If you want to offer more specific recognition for what they have done, follow this sentence with, “I really appreciate your help in resolving the problem.”
Even if a client or manager writes to express some concerns they have regarding your work, you can still thank them. This shows that you value their input and will take their concerns seriously. Alternatively, you may wish to use, “Thank you for your feedback.”
While thank yous at the beginning of an email are typically written to thank the reader for past actions, thank yous at the end of an email tend to imply you are thanking the reader for a future action. By showing your appreciation in advance, you are more likely to get a positive reaction.
If you need the reader to cooperate by assisting you with something, then thank them in advance for their cooperation. You can add the expression “in advance” to this sentence and say “Thank you in advance for your cooperation.”
Similar to above, this sentence implies that you would appreciate the readers’ further assistance. This expression also shows that the request you have made is important and that the reader should pay special attention to it.
This sentence isn’t to congratulate the reader on understanding the words you have written. We use this sentence to say “Thank you” in advance if we have done something or requested something that may cause inconvenience to the reader.
If you are requesting a benefit or an opportunity, such as when you apply for a new job, end your email with this sentence.
This sentence, which is used at the end, is a bit different from those above. Use this if you have already thanked the reader at the beginning of the email, but due to their great efforts, you wish to thank them again for their past actions.

In some cultures, saying “please” and “thank you” is something that everyone does it on a daily basis. You don’t have to wait for a special occasion to express your gratitude. Moreover, being polite and letting people know that you appreciate what they do for you will improve your relationships.
Learning to say “thank you” and giving a response to “thank you” will help you to have a better interaction with your significant one, family, friends, teachers, professors, instructors, employers, colleagues, etc. Still, you should know that in some specific situations, you have to respect some rules, like keeping it formal or informal.
This phrase can be used almost in any situation, to show your gratitude. If someone helped you with your groceries, with completing a project, or was there for you in your time of need, you could say “thank you for helping me”. No matter how big their help was, it was still important for you. Even though this sentence can be used in a few formal situations as well, it is rather informal.
We’re still talking about help, but this time, we use the word “assistance”. In formal situations, such as a discussion with your supervisor, you better stick with this expression.
This way of thanking someone does not include the keyword “thank you”. However, it still shows your gratitude, and it is more personal. Generally speaking, “really” is used to emphasize something only in colloquial language, and is not recommended to use it in formal speaking or writing. Without this world, the sentence is also suitable for plenty of formal situations. In fact, it becomes more official than “thank you for helping me”.
This is clearly not something you would say to your family on a daily basis, right? Still, at work or in other professional or business environments, this way of saying “thank you” is excellent. In most cases, you can say this right after you asked someone to help you and the person accepted, even though he or she will do something for you later, not now.
People also use “thanks for your cooperation”, but this is rather informal, and you should use this sentence in proper situations. If you must stick to a formal tone, always opt for “thank you” instead of “thanks”.
If you apply for a job, write an e-mail to the HR department, send a proposal for a research paper or any other formal situation that implies a response, and you get one quickly, you should use this sentence. Other ways of expressing your gratitude are saying “thank you for your prompt response” or “thank you for getting back to me”, but the last one is a less formal.
When you asked for some information or wrote to a familiar person and got a response, “thank you/thanks for your reply” is something you should mention. This shows respect, and it may suit both formal and informal situations. In fact, even when you receive a negative answer, and you’re not at all happy with the content of the reply, you are advised to use this phrase for the sake of common sense.
This way of saying thank you is also formal, and should be utilized especially after presenting a report or review at work, or a product or service to someone. If you schedule a meeting with one of your superiors, you should also say “thank you for your attention” or “thank you for your time.” It would be great if you start your speech or the discussion with the last phrase, and end it with the first one mentioned.
The classic phrase “you’re (or you are – for more formal situations) welcome” remains the most accurate response you can give. In fact, many people still consider that this is the best reply for “thank you”. But other used answers are “no problem” or “no worries”. These sound great especially in colloquial language, and they don’t transmit the idea that you’ve done a favor to someone, like “you’re welcome” does.
